Journal Report Checklist
Use this as a reference for filling out the journal report form. All journal entries should, of course, be free of spelling and grammatical errors.

- ___ Each problem, question, or issue is explained in detail.
___ Solutions, answers, resolutions for each problem are
indicated.
___ A description or recommendation for avoiding the problem in
the future is included.
- short planning:
- ___ All activities for the coming week are listed.
___ Whether the activity is beginning, continuing, or finishing
is indicated.
- long planning:
- ___ Near-term, important, or troublesome activities are listed.
- Quotes from Crew:
- ___ At least 2 crew members were interviewed.
___ At least 4 of the 6 example questions were asked.
___ Other relevant questions were asked.
___ Both positive and negative input were requested.
___ Permission was obtained to use positive quotes in the press release.
- Press Release
- ___ Information on progress of project is included.
