Constructing a Labyrinth
- Internet Illustration-- from
the Labyrinth of Internet
- A still image of a Mac Plus was captured with a NEC camera connected to
a VideoSpigot board. The graphic of the Earth was copied from a
QuickTime movie, and both the moon and Saturn were captured from a laser
disc with VideoSpigot. Images and text were combined in Adobe Photoshop.
Saturn was modified by posterizing to four levels.
- Figure 1, Apple Network port-- from Exploring Maricopa's File Servers
- A still image of a Mac Plus was captured with a NEC camera connected to
a VideoSpigot board and enhanced in Adobe Photoshop.
- Figure 2- AppleShare and Figure 3,
MCLI Public File server-- from Exploring Maricopa's File Servers
- Screen images were captured using
Flash-It
(a shareware program) and were enhanced in Adobe Photoshop.
- The Labyrinth logo--
- Both the logo and masthead were constructed on Aldus FreeHand 3.0. These
were saved as EPS (encapsulated postÐscript) files so that they could be
easily imported onto PageMaker 4.0 for layout. Text was imported from
Microsoft Word 5.0 and formatted in PageMaker.
