Internet Video Conferencing for the 8/4/98 STA meeting

We used new software from iVisit (http://www.ivisit.com) to communicate between sites in Arizona Mesa Community College (2 stations), the Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction (1 station), and 4-5 stations at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

For the most part, the audio was acceptable and there was little time delay.
